Hi, it already done, all you need to do, to get it in use, it be "Checked" user.
There is setting determines minimum activity of users from "Users" group which initiates automatic transfer to "Checked" group. It is useful for large forums to give new and active users more abilities automatically.
So now I transfer you to "Checked" group manually.
And you can rewrite thread with necessary changes.
