How do I fix the buttons on my banner?

How do I fix my banner and get rid of the space between main and registration, login

To rid of the space between main and registration, login.
Put all this button in one <td> tag in table and use <br/> if they must be in column.
Right now all buttons in different <td> table cells and more they in different rows.

And look at the whole table of head, there are errors in the markup.
